Return Policy- If you are not happy with any items purchased from Kidz Closet & More website you can return them within 7 days of delivery. The return shipping is the buyers responsibility, and items that are not damaged/defective there will be a 15% restocking fee. Any items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the item is damaged/defective. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date, and cannot have signs of wear/tear or usage. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will be processed within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
